DOT is an incorporated association and charity that has been championing the creative spirit in lutruwita/Tasmania since 1986.

Run by its members, for its members, DOT thrives on collaboration and shared vision. Our member-appointed board guides the direction and decision-making of our community, ensuring that we remain a supportive and dynamic hub for makers and artists.

Our current board members include Chair: Christopher Clinton, Vice Chair/Public Officer: Lachlan Taylor, Treasurer/Secretary: Bernadette Schramm, and General Board Member: Sam Moffat, General Board Member: Peter Howard, General Board Member: Steve Harris.

Supporting our operations is Shannon Greer, our part-time administrator, who connects members with opportunities in commissions, exhibitions, design markets, grants, and retail.

Together, we continue to honour Tasmania’s craft heritage while pushing the boundaries of contemporary design and innovation.
