Designed Objects Tasmania is proud to be Australia's longest running design collective.

Our purpose is twofold: to provide studio and workshop facilities for furniture designers, ceramicists, sculptors, glass workers, fabric makers, jewelers and a variety of other object makers. We aim to provide our community of members a stimulating and fresh environment within which to create innovative designs of unparalleled excellence. Secondly, we aim to bring this standard of excellence to the wider local, national and international community. Small and large, private and public commissions boast the combined knowledge and expertise of a wide and varied member body.
